    Salads are no doubt a wonderful way to lose weight. They are full of natural fiber and are packed with various vitamins and minerals.They can be made protein rich by adding nuts, raw paneer or tofu chunks. Having a salad an hr before the main meal assures that you would not overeat and indulge in snacking.

    When I started giving cucumber and beet in salad, he actually thanked me for saving all his munch meals. He used to be so full with fiber that he never thought of having any snack before or after the lunch.
