Boiled Sweet Potato Ragi Flour Ghee/ Mustard oil or vegetable oil Salt, red chily powder, Amchur (lemon juice) Turmeric powder Garam Masala

Step 1

You may boil sweet potato a day in advance. In a large bowl, mash sweet potato (cooled off) with ragi flour and salt and spices.

Mix well to knead a dough. Make round flat patties. You may pan fry or deep fry them.

If frying on a pan, use less ragi flour or else they may be raw from within.

Serve the hot, crispy Sweet Potato Fritters or Tikkis  with green chutney and enjoy!
