Rice paper sheets water olive oil vegetables- onion, green beans, carrot, lettuce, cuucmber salt, black pepper Sauce- soy sauce, sesame seeds, sweet chili sauce mixed together

Step 1

While you prep for the vegetable stuffing for rice dumplings, preheat air fryer at 190 deg C for about 5-10 min. Chop the veggies in small chunks.

In a large bowl, mix all veggies with salt and black pepper. Make sure to drain water from lettuce.

Carefully soak the rice paper sheet in a large bowl of water for 2-3 sec. Not hot or warm water.

Place the soaked rice paper sheet on a wet rolling pin. Place the stuffing of veggies in lower third middle.

Fold  the rice paper sheet  from the bottom first to cover the filling.

Now fold from both the sides.

Roll l the rice paper sheet upwards.

Brush the prepared rice paper rolls with olive oil

Place the rice paper dumplings in air fryer at gaps and air fry at 190 deg C for about 5-10 min or till browned.

Serve the hot crispy air fried rice paper dumplings with sesame dip.
