Sweet Potato Paneer Onion, Bell peppers Cilantro, green chilies, garlic coconut milk salt, black pepper Ghee

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Wash and chop veggies as you wish.

In a heavy bottomed wok, heat ghee, add chopped onions and chilies. Saute for a min til onions are transparent.

Add sweet potato and bell peppers and cook them for 3-4 min. I like them crunchy.

Add salt, chilies and coconut milk. Add normal dairy milk and cook with lid on.

Step 5

Add chopped fresh Paneer cubes (Indian cottage cheese) and cook for 2 min.

Serve the hot and cozy Veg Thai Soup which is wholesome and flavorful!
