Step 1

In a large bowl, mix banana with cinnamon, cocoa powder, maple syrup and salt. While you chop and mix, pre heat air fryer at 190 deg C for 5 min.

Place coated banana slices at some distance in air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 min at 190 deg C with rotating mid way through.

Once fried, take out the onion fritters and place them on newspaper.

Serve the warm air fried bananas with a scoop of vanilla or spread them over peanut butter toast.
