Roughly Chop the veggies- potato, tomato, onion and garlic.

Step 2

In a medium pressure cooker, add the chopped veggies along with water. Boil for 2 whistles on full flame and simmer for 5 min.

Let the cooker cool off. The veggies are boiled and can be blended.

Step 4

Blend the boiled potato and tomato to a smooth paste. Cook for about 5 min.

Add salt and spices and water as per the consistency.

Serve the hot and delicious Tomato Potato Soup with crusty bread.
