How soothing and refreshing is a bowl of hot soup?
To me it’s a healthy snack and trust me your cheeks really glow pink after these nutritious pink combinations!!
When my nephew was a toddler, his cheeks would be Pink and the secret was his love for tomatoes and beetroots.
The backdrop is combo of precious cloth piece and handmade paper from the collection of several ones kept safe by my mother-in-law. She had love for colorful patterns and I see genetic influence on my daughter. She is adept in choosing and storing these props for me..
Beetroot soup is a healthy and nutrient-rich soup. I believe most of us agree to it and already know the health benefits of this amazing soup. I didnt know my quick recipe would result in making soup vanish quickly too.
I just could shoot the final dish photos and not the steps. Once the shoot was done, within few minutes everybody gulped it and I could see lovely pink lips of my kids..

Nutritional Guide of the Soup
Those who have diabetes may avoid the beetroot soup. Not many of us know that beetroots are rich in sugar and hence they shall be ideally avoided by people whose sugar levels are high and not consistent.
Beets are rich in essential nutrients like fiber, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C and they help in lowering blood pressure, and improving heart health.
Recipe Insights
Since beets taste bitter, I used tomatoes in making the soup. Also, I had boiled them for two whistles. Cooled and blended in a smooth paste.
Recipe is quite simple. Take one tsp of ghee, add grated garlic and a bayleaf. Add grated tomato along with beet paste.
Cook for 2 min on simmer and add salt and black pepper. Add water and boil for 1 min. Thats so simple. Garnish with your choice of seasonings and leaf!!
Anytime soon I would be making his great soup as I am going on a weight-loss self-programme and soups are my best friends for that. This one is incredibly low in calories and fills you longer. I would update the pics of steps.
