For Pie Crust- Ghee, Wheat Flour, salt and baking soda For Pie Filling- Boiled sweet potato puree, milkmaid, ghee, pumpkin spice, milk

Step 1

Boil Sweet Potato in pressure cooker for one whistle on full. While it boils, you may prep for pie crust.

In a large bowl, take wheat flour, salt, baking soda and add ghee to knead a tight dough.

Place the dough with forks impressions in pie shell and let it blind bake for about 5min in preheated oven at 200 deg C

While pie shells are baking,prepare the pie filling. In a large bowl, add boiled sweet potato. mash with fork.

Transfer the filling to baked pie shells and bake till pie filling is browned. It takes about10-15 min. You may do clean knife test.
