Blanch spinach leaves for 2-3 min in boiling water, though you may use raw as well.

While leaves get dry, roughly chop apple, banana ad pitted dates and add to blender.

Add spinach at last and gradually add oat milk. Blend for a pulse of 2 min with pauses till its a smooth paste.
