Broken Wheat Daliya Green Moong Split Dal Desi Ghee (Secret Ingredient) Salt Cumin (Jeera) Black Pepper Red Chili powder(optional) Water

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Roast Wheat Dalia in a pressure cooker with heavy bottom on simmer for about 5-10 min. While it's roasted, soak moong dal.

Once roasted, add Jeera, Black pepper, Red chily powder.

Add Desi Ghee to the roasted dalia on simmer.

Step 4

Add Moong Green Split dal, salt and water.  Boil for 2 whistles on full. Simmer for 5 min. Open once the pressure cools off.

It may be slightly thicker. You may add water to adjust the consistency.

Pour More desi ghee and serve fresh.
