Wash, dry and chop broccoli and potatoes as you like. You may peel potatoes. while you prep, you may pre heat air fryer at 190 deg C for about 5-10 min.

Toss chopped broccoli and potatoes with spices, salt and olive oil in a large bowl.

Place the spices coated broccoli and potatoes in air fryer basket and air fry at 190 deg C for about 10 min or till browned.

Serve the crispy air fried broccoli and potatoes with cream cheese or sour cream.
