INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Ina large bowl, add chopped onions, green chilies, salt, olive oil and besan. Add little water and keep mixing till it becomes sticky.

In another bowl, do the same steps and add thin slices of potato.

Pre heat air fryer for 5 min at 200deg C and glaze it with little oil or else pakora would stick to it.

Step 4

Follow the same for potato pakora. Air fry in batches . Each batch would be air fried at 200 deg C for about 10 min flipping through mid way.
