INGREDIENTS

Mix butter, ghee and jaggery well tikll smooth.

Add Pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice and mix well.

Add baking soda, milk and mix. Gradually add wheat flour.

Mix the batter gently. You may add more milk, if needed.

Place the batter in muffin mould. Make sure to not full them so that there is space for rising. Bake in preheated OTG at 200 degress for 15 in or till knife is clean.
