Step 1

Chop the green beans, potatoes and tomatoes. Heat mustard oil on full for 1-2 min or till it changes color from dark yellow to light.

Add Heeng Jeera and spices. Make sure that oil is warm. Add green beans, and potatoes. Sprinkle salt.

Mix well and cover with lid. Keep sauteing in between. It takes about 10-15 min for cooking.

Step 4

Once the beans and potatoes are tender, add chopped tomatoes. Cook for 2 min with lid on simmer.

Serve crispy sauteed green beans and potatoes with chapati, paratha or rice!
