Dry Sooji Desi Ghee (Secret Ingredient) Onion,Tomato,carrot mustard seeds fresh Kadi (Curry leaves)  Green Chilly, Matar Dry red chily Salt and water

COOK  TIME: 1 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Dice onion, tomato, carrot, green chilies. Roast on simmer dry suji without any oil or ghee in heavy kadai.

Step 2

In the same pan/ heavy Kadai, add ghee, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion and green chily. Roast onion with veggies like carrot, cauliflower Add tomato, matar and salt and spices.

Step 3

Add water ( 1 portion suji: 4 portion water). Boil it and the gradually add sooji and keep mixing so that no lumps are formed.

Serve it with Coconut Chutney, Sambhar
