Wash, Dry and chop raw red beets. Boil them on stove top for 5-10 min. We don't them too tender. You may roast them as well.

While beets boil, chop onions and green chilies.

Let boiled beets in colander for draining excess water. In bowl, add all ingredients and toss it well.
