Pumpkin Bell Peppers Spinach leaves Radish Sesame seeds white Musrad oil(secret ) Peanuts Salt  & Black pepper

Step 1

Roughly chop all the veggies. Place them on oil-smeared baking tray. I had small tray so baked  veggies in two batches. Drizzle oil and sesame. You may use any vegetable oil.

The pumpkin are soft and mushy after baking. The bell peppers and radish are a bit crunchy. Spinach becomes soft and curly.

Step 3

Mix them in a large bowl. Add salt, black ppepper. Top with peanuts. You may also use maple syrup for a sweet note.
