Step 1

Wash the sweet potato and gather ingredients.

Chop in thin slices as we would be pan frying and not deep frying or baking.

In a heavy bottomed pan / wok, heat olive oil. When it's warm, add spices.

Add sweet potato and salt. Mix well. Cover with lid and let it cook for another6-8 min. Keep sauteing in between.

When almost done, add lemon juice and let it sit for 2-3 min or till warm.

Serve the warm Pan Fries crispy sweet potato with your choice of dip!
