Ragi FLour Wheat FLour Bsan Curd Green chilies and onion Desi Ghee (Secret Ingredient)  Spice and salt Water to make dough

COOK  TIME: 20 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Add all the flours along with spices, salt, chopped onion and chilies in Large plate or parath. Add curd and gradually add water to knead a tight dough.

Add Ghee to the kneaded dough and let it rest for 10-15 min.

Take a ball from the dough and roll it over rolling pin.

It may break as ragi is very dense flour. No need to worry just patch it up gently.

Step 5

Place over Hot iron tawa and let it cook from both sides. For paratha, you may apply ghee over it.

The crispy ragi roti is ready. Serve it with curd and achar.
