Perfect Recipe for Homemade Chana Masala Powder made with Indian Spices

Step 1

Dry Roast all the whole spices together in a wok on slow flame till they are aromatic or for 2-3 minutes.

In a food processor, add roasted whole spices and powdered spices to make a smooth fine powder.

The powdered chana masala is ready.

Store the chana masala powder in a clean dry jar with a lid. It would be good for 5-6 months if no moisture is added to it. Use clean dry spoons.
