Wash,, dry and chop carrots in 1/4 inch thickness uniformly- not too thick and not too thin.

Drizzle olive oil, salt over chopped carrots and garlic in a large bowl. Toss it to mix.

Pre Heat Air fryer for 10 min at 180 deg C and place the carrots on parchment paper and air fry for 10 min.

When fried over basket, carrot fries are more crispy. Choose the method you like.
