Step 1

Heat Ghee in Kadai Wok. Add Jeera, Garlic, green chilly and onion

Add all the veggies and cook with Lid on simmer for 3-5 min

Once veggies are soft, add tomato chopped and gravy and add salt with spices. cook on simmer for 2 min

Add Paneer chunks and cook for one min. This is semi-dry gravy.
