Fresh Apple Desi Ghee (Secret) Butter Whole Wheat Flour, Corn Flour Sugar, Milk, Walnut Corn Flour, Coffee Cardamom cinnamon powder Lemon juice

Step 1

Mix coffee powder, sugar, butter with water and cornflour

Add apple slices and mix well to coat each apple slice. Keep it aside.

In a large bowl, add sugar, coffee and butter. Mix well. Add gradually milk.

Add wheat flour and baking soda. Mix gently. Add more milk.

In a baking dish (pre greased with butter or oil) , add soaked apples. Spread them uniformly.

Top with wheat batter and walnuts. Bake in OTG (pre heated for 10 min at 180 degree) for 20 min at 200 degree.

Keep in bottom shelf and do tooth pick clean test.
