Oats Cocoa Powder Desi Ghee (Secret Ingredient) Jaggery Almonds Cinnamon Powder Milk

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix jaggery with ghee.

Gradually add milk and mix again.

Add cocoa powder and cinnamon and mix again.

Add oats and chopped almond.

Gradually add more milk to have a smooth mixture (Not- runny though)

The mixture of oats and chocolate is ready to be baked.

Step 6

Transfer it to a baking dish and top with fresh apples. Bake it for 10 min max in preheated OTG at 180 degrees C.

It looks perfectly baked like a pudding. Serve it warm with cold ice cream!
