Besan (ram Flour), Curd Onions , tomato, bell pepper- diced paneer cubes Indian spices- Amchur, Red Chily Powder, chaat masaka, salt  turmeric powder, freshly chopped desi ghee

COOK  TIME: 15 MIN

Step 1

Dice veggies in large chunks. Make large paneer cubes to pass through skewer.

In a large bowl, add yogurt, besan, spices and ghee. Mix it well to make a thick paste.

Add vegetables and paneer and coat them well in marinade. While you prep, pre heat air fryer at 190 deg C for 5-10 min.

Keep marinade coated veggies and paneer cubes at room temp (or refrigerator) for about 20 min.

Place the vegetables and paneer on skewers. If you don't have skewers, place directly in air fryer basket.

Step 6

Brush air fryer basket with ghee and drizzle ghee over veggies. Air fry for about 10 min or till browned.

The air fried paneer and vegetables look charred, crispy and browned.

Serve the air fried paneer tikka with green cilantro chutney and enjoy!
