These Air Fried Cucumber Chips, made with just a few ingredients are such a quick and healthy snack! Tossed with olive oil, mustard sauce, red chilly, lemon juice, and turmeric powder, these cucumber chips fried in air fryer are amazingly crispy and tangy!

Ingredients
1mediumEnglish cucumber
1teaspoonmustard sauceuse gf sauce
1teaspoonturmeric powder
1teaspoonred chilly powdercan adjust the heat
½teaspoonolive oil
1teaspoonlemon juice optional
salt as per taste
Instructions
Wash the cucumber and pat dry with kitchen cloth. Slice them as you like it. I have sliced in round. You may slice them vertically as well. While you do this, you may pre heat air fryer at 190℃ for about 5-10 min.
In a large bowl, add chopped cucumbers, salt, mustard sauce, olive oil, spices and a dash of lemon juice. Toss it to coat each cucumber slice.
Place the spice-coated cucumber in air fryer basket with spacing and air fry at 190℃ for about 5-10 min (flipping or shaking) mid way through.
Serve these crispy air fried cucumber chips with a dip of your choice.
Notes
The seedless English cucumbers work best as they have low water content and would turn out crispy.
Wash and dry them for the best crunchy taste.
Serve immediately when the chips are out from the air fryer or else they would turn soggy.
