INGREDIENTS

Sort and roughly chop the leafy greens- mustard greens, spinach

Wash under tap water and put in colander for draining excess water.

Pressure cook the washed greens with roughly chopped onion, tomato, ginger garlic and green chilly for 2 whistles on full and 10 min on slow flame.

Let the boiled mustard green spinach curry cool off and blend it to make a smooth puree.

In the wok, add ghee and spices.

Add boiled blended spinach paste and cook on slow flame for 10 min or till water evaporates.

Add salt and paneer cubes and let it cook for another 5 min

Serve the hot and spicy Saag Paneer with Chapati, rice or paratha.
