Pumpkin Puree APFlour or Wheat Flour Sugar Milk Pumpkin Spice Baking Soda Ghee Honey and banana for topping

COOK  TIME: 20 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

In a large bowl, add pumpkin puree, sugar, ghee. Mix it well to make smooth mixture.

Sieve Baking soda, flour into the wet ingredients mixture.

Gradually add milk and make a smooth batter. Add spices. Avoid overmixing.

Step 4

On a flat tawa/ pan, spread a ladle full of batter and apply ghee. Cover with lid flip to cook from both side.

Once you see bubbles, flip and cook till browned.

Step 6

The fluffy and browned pumpkin pancakes without eggs are ready. Top them with Honey or maple syrup and banana .
