Ina heavy bottomed wok, heat ghee, add cumin, onion, garlic, green chilly. Saute for a min.

Add pumpkin, beans and capsicum. Cover with lid and let them cook for 3-5 min. Add salt and spices.

Add mushrooms to cooked vegetables. Saute for 2 min or till mushrooms leave water and shrunk.

Add peas, paneer and tomatoes when mushrooms are done. Cook for 2 min on simmer.
