Step 1

While you wash, dry and chop cucumbers, pre heat air fryer for 5-10 min at 190 deg C. Slice cucumber in 1/4 inch thickness.

Toss cucumbers with mustard sauce, olive oil, salt and spices.

Step 3

Place cucumber slice coated with spices and oil in air fryer at gaps. Air fry for about 5-1 0 min or till crispy. Shale the basket when mid way through.

The air fried cucumbers are perfectly crispy.

Serve the easy and crispy air fried cucumber chips with a dip of your choice.
