Step 1

Wash, dry and chop broccoli and cauliflower as you like. While you prep, you may pre heat air fryer at 190 deg C for about 5-10 min.

Toss chopped broccoli and potatoes with spices, salt and olive oil in a large bowl and place in air fryer basket

Air fry at 190 deg C for about 10 min or till browned. Make sure to add cheddar cheese before so that it melts.

Serve the crispy air fried broccoli and cauliflower hot.
