INGREDIENTS

Step 1

wash, dry and slice cucumbers in 1/4 inch thickness. In a large bowl,  add salt, spices and oil and toss with cucumbers.

Make a smooth batter of cornflour with water. Dip each cucumber slice in it and dust with oats flour.

Place each cucumber slice coated with cornflour and oats flour in a plate.

Step 4

Drizzle Air fryer with olive oil and keep cucumber fritters at a gap. Air fryer at 190 deg C for 10-15 min or till browned.(make sure to preheat air fryer for 5-10 min at 190 deg C)

Serve the crispy air fried cucumber fritters with tomato sauce or a dip of your choice.
