1 Heavy-bottomed Pan boiling pasta
1 Blender blending roasted veggies to make smooth paste
1 heavy bottomed wok making pumpkin sauce
- 2 cup Raw elbow pasta You may use any shape
- 1 large onion chopped in uneven chunks
- ¾ cup pumpkin roughly peeled and chopped
- 1 medium capsicum (red bell pepper) roughly chopped
- 4-5 cloves garlic
- 1.5 teaspoon red chilly powder adjust the heat
- 1 small green chili optional
- 6 piece whole black pepper optional
- 1 large tomato
- 1.5 tablespoon cheese sauce you may adjust
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 2 cups water
- salt as per taste
