Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree boiled,cooled,blended/mashed
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup can use honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients. I have taken one banana, 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree, milk and maple syrup.

  • Chop banana in large chunks and add to blender. Add maple syrup.

  • Add milk and pumpkin spice.

  • Blend together till smooth.
