Mix Well besan in water along with all the spices(Add half amount of each spices in Besan Batter, rest half we shall add to boiled potatoes later). The besan batter should not be very thick or thin. It should have medium consistency so that the bread is coated well. While you do this, you may boil potatoes.
Take boiled potatoes and add the spices along with fresh chopped Coriander leaves. You may use fork for mashing them well. Make sure no lumps are there else aloo masala may split while frying.
Take a plate and keep two bread pieces in it.
We would spread the aloo mixture on one Bread piece uniformly as shown. Place the another Bread Piece on top of it and hold together.
Soak it in the Besan Batter well so that the both the Breads are well coated with besan. Hold carefully and Just make sure that the oil is enough hot before you fry it.
Let the extra besan drip back to the Batter container so that there is no dripping in oil( If it drips in oil, it would hurt you). So, Little caution here.
Place it in Kadai or any other hevay bottomed utensil for frying.
Simmer the flame after a min. Place oil over the bread in Kadai. Turn it slowly so that its fried evenly from both sides.
Once its Brown, you may take it out and ensure to make flame again full and then place the bread pakora at top so that oil seeps through it back to kadai.
Serve it hot with your choice of Chutneys(Ketchup, Sriracha, Green Chutney). Enjoy!!
