I had started food blogging in 2019 and in 2020 vegbuffet.com was born. It all began when I started making different cuisines at home owing to my free time. I was on a break from my job to take care of my daughter. Little did I know that this is going to be a long break and I would never continue with my college teaching.
It was really tough to manage home. Family appreciation of the food I made was enough motivation to keep me going. Soon my daughter grew up and girls are really independent. She used to manage most of her things and when she was off to school, I made that time best used for my writeups.
Being a vegetarian, I wished to have a log of all my recipes in one place. When I began writing, I could hardly write 10 lines.
Now I don't know how to stop myself till writer's block hit me.
All the recipes are original and they have tried and tested by me before uploading to the blog.
