Healthy Egg Free Kid's friendly Can be Made vegan Easy and Quick

PREP TIME:  2  hrs

Dry yeast Sugar Warm Water Ghee (secret Ingredient) Olive Oil Salt, Spices Vegetables for topping

COOK  TIME: 15 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

In a bowl, add warm water, sugar and yeast. Cover it for 5 min or till frothy. Don't move to next step if froth is not there.

Knead a sticky wheat dough with yeast frothy water. Add salt, ghee also.

Dough would be sticky and it's normal. Let it sit for 30-40 min or till risen.

The first rise looks good. Knead again. Apply olive oil on hands or use spatula and keep it for 30-40 min for 2nd rise.

While the dough is rising, chop the fresh vegetables for topping- I have used onion, tomato, bell pepper, coriander leaves for focaccia garden

The second rise is great. Punch it and knead again.  Set it in a greased baking dish.

Decorate the focaccia with veggies chopped. Bake it in preheated OTG for 20 min or till done at 200 degrees C

The freshly baked wheat focaccia without egg looks vibrant and is really aromatic!
