Soak brown rice for about 30 min after rinsing well. In the meantime, chop all veggies as you wish.

Saute onions with garlic and green chili in olive oil till they are transparent.

Add rest of the chopped veggies and cook for 203 minutes on slow flame.

Add soaked brown rice after draining water.

Add water. ratio of brown rice to water is 1 cup : 2.5 cups as brown rice takes up more time cook. Pressure cook for 2 whistles on full and on slow flame 15 min.
