Step 1

In a large bowl, add wheat and APF, salt, curd and beet puree and knead a dough. Let it rest for 10 min.

While dough is resting, chop the vegetables for the filling of tortillas.

Cook vegetables in butter for 2-3 min and let them be crunchy. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and ketchup.

Step 4

Roll a small portion of dough and cook it on an Iron Tawa, Apply Ghee on both sides.

Step 5

On the freshly made beet tortillas, layer the vegetables and roll it. Team it with dip of your choice.
