Healthy Pumpkin Sandwich Aloo Sandwich Chutney Sandwich

Brown Bread Slices Butter Onion Grated Pumpkin Tomato, cucumber Italian Seasonings Black pepper, salt 'Mozzarella cheese Mayonnaise tomato ketchup

COOK  TIME: 20 MIN

Step 1

Wash and chop veggies. Grate Pumpkin. In a large bowl, add veggies, tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper and mayo / cream cheese and mix well.

Spread the veggies over a slice of bread. Top it with grated mozzarella cheese and place another slice over it.

Heat an iron tawa or skillet or pan. Add butter and place the sandwich on it. Cook from bothe sides by applying butter.

Cover it with a lid for making it crisp and melting cheese easily with the heat.
