INGREDIENTS
In a saucepan, heat olive oil and add ginger garlic. Cook for a min on slow flame.
Add water to cover the veggies (they should be 1 inch deep). Cover with lid and cook for 5-10 min on slow flame. You may add salt black pepper at this step for faster cooking or at the next step.
Once veggies are softened or fork tender, add lemon juice and mix well.
Serve the delicious veg clear soup with rice or boiled noodles and enjoy!
