Fresh Tomato Homemade curd or plain yogurt olive oil salt black pepper cilantro or coriander or basil leaves mint leaves cumin powder

Step 1

While you prep, pre heat oven at 200 deg C for 10 min. Slice tomatoes as desired and place them on greased baling tray smeared with olive oil, salt and black pepper.

While tomatoes get roasted for 10 min in oven, In a large bowl, add yogurt, cumin powder, pink salt, black pepper and mix well till smooth.

Let the roasted tomatoes cool off and then add them to the yogurt. You may blend them or add as slices.

The roasted tomato yogurt dip is ready. Serve it with nachos, chips or french fries.
