INGREDIENTS

Step 1

SoakHeat Ghee in Iron Wok/ Kadhai. Once warm, add makhanas

Roast on simmer for about 2-3 min or till ghee is aborbed.

For salted,  take out a few roasted makhanas in a stell bowl and add salt and black pepper to makhanas.

For sweet, add sugar in wok and roast till sugar melts and is coated on makhanas.

Serve the salted and sweet makhanas and Enjoy!
