Ragi Flour Wheat Flour Ripe Banana Pumpkin Spice Desi Ghee(Special Ingredient) Milk Coconut Milk Maple Syrup Baking Soda

COOK  TIME: 20 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Take ripe banana in bowl and add ghee. Mix well.  Gradually add milk and mix again.

Add ragi flour to banana, milk, ghee batter.

Add coconut milk or plain milk or water to make smooth consistency

Step 4

Add wheat flour and spices and add milk as desired.

The ragi flour batter shall be free flowing (not so thick or thin)

Heat a Tawa/ Pan and add ghee. Add ladle full on it and spread gently.

Cover with lid for better cooking. Once the bubble appear, reverse them.

Once cooked from both sides, serve it with maple syrup and top with fresh cut fruits.
