Pumpkim Boiled Potato Bread Crumbs Mayo Spices and Salt Mustard oil for frying patty (can use any oil) Fresh veegies Burger Buns Butter/ Ghee

Grated pumpkin, bile potato, bread crumbs, gram flour with salt and spices. Make a round patty.

If you are not frying right away, make round patties and store them in refrigerator.

Fry the patties in batvhes in cast iron wok/ kadai.

Place the patty in buttered burger buns with matyo, onion, tomato cucumber and sauce of your choice.
