Step 1

Chop veggies in large chunks. Boil them in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles on full and simmer for 3 min.

Once the cooker cools off, blend the boiled veggies  for a minute.

 Sieve the blended soup and transfer to a pan. Boil for 2 min and add water if needed.  Add salt and black pepper. Garish with  coriander leaves.

Healthy Diet Tomato Soup is ready. Add bread crumbs for the extra flavour to the soup.
