Beet Puree (beet boiled and blended) Flour (APF or wheat flour) Milk Ghee/ Butter Sugar Cardamom

COOK  TIME: 20 MIN

In a large bowl, mix butter and sugar well. use room temperature butter,. Add milk and mix again

To the mixture, add boiled  and cooled beet puree and mix well.

Sieve Flour, baking soda, baking powder and mix gently by folding

The muffin batter is ready.

Pour it into the cup cake mould and bake in OTG at 180 deg C for about 15 min or till clean test.
