Add this grated ginger garlic to desi ghee in a large pan/ kadai.
Once raw smell of ginger and garlic goes away, add tomato puree (fresh). Cook it by covering for another 3-4 min. Add water and salt and black pepper.
Hot and delicious Ginger Garlic Soup is ready. NOTE: This is very hot in nature (taseer). Have it in peak winters only.
