Make fresh pumpkin puree by boiling large chunks (with peel) of pumpkin in a pressure cooker for two whistles.Let it cool and mash with a fork or blender after removing its peel.

To this puree add, sugar, butter and mix really well.Gradually add milk, pumpkin spice and sieve flour with baking soda.Mix gently now.Let the batter rest for 5 min.

Take a large pan and heat it.Pour small ladles of batter and cover with lid.

Apply Desi Ghee nd Flip when you see small bubbles.Cook on simmer from both the sides.They would turn brown and fluffy
