Wheat Flour Milk Salt, Black Pepper Ghee (Secret Ingredient) Maggi for filling Onion, tomato, capsicum Water Mayonnaise, Ketchup

COOK  TIME: 20 MIN

INGREDIENTS

Step 1

Take wheat flour with salt and black pepper in a large bowl.

Gradually add milk (and / or water) and make a smooth batter. You may add little ghee in batter too (optional)

Keep batter at rest. In the meantime, chop veggies for maggi filling.

Boil maggi and sieve it.

Saute onion, capsicum and tomato. Add boiled maggi and mix well. The filling is ready.

Step 6

Place ladle full of wheat batter on flat tawa (iron or non stick) to make a crepe. Flip to cook from the other side when bubbles appear. I have used ghee to make it.

Spread a layer of Mayo and place maggi filling in the center. Roll it and enjoy with your favorite dip!
